The Beach Boys

The Beach Boys were formed in Hawthorne, California in 1961 and would become known for their surf and pop rock music. The original band consisted of brothers Brian, Dennis and Carl Wilson, their cousin Mike Love, and associate Al Jardine. You will get to hear their biggest hits LIVE! including "Good Vibrations", "Wouldn't It Be Nice", "God Only Knows", and "Kokomo". They are known for their unique vocal style and lyrics that capture the spirit of youth in Southern California - all about surfing, cars, and romance. Fans have been enjoying their music for decades! The band released their last studio album, That's Why God Made the Radio, in 2012. The Beach Boys have received numerous accolades, including being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1988, a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2001, and even inducted into the Vocal Group Hall of Fame in 1997. Their 1966 album Pet Sounds was created by Brian Wilson in an attempt to better The Beatles' Rubber Soul, which inspired the creation of Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. They have sold over 100 million albums worldwide!

Hollywood Bowl Information

Parking Information

On-site parking options are available for those who purchase tickets in advance through ParkWhiz. You can park your vehicle in stack parking lots A through D, as well as in free parking lots at Park & Ride locations. From there, you can ride the shuttle to the amphitheater. If you prefer to take public transportation, you can take the METRO rail and ride the free shuttle to the Hollywood Bowl. Additional parking options are available throughout Los Angeles if you’d like to arrive early to soak in all that this iconic venue has to offer.
