Gates open at 4:00 PM; show runs from 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Join hundreds of thousands of other music lovers and fans of Latin culture from all around the world to celebrate our heritage of music and dance culminating in fireworks!

Each year, Los Alegres presents some of the world's greatest groups in an annual tribute to the many facets of mariachi music at Los Angeles' premiere venue. This year's show features: Mariachi Azteca de America, Mariachi Divas de Cindy Shea, Mariachi Internacional de México, Mariachi Nuevo Mujer 2000 and Mi Tierra Ballet Folklorico.

Mariachi Divas de Cindy Shea

Trailblazing talent of Mariachi Divas de Cindy Shea, the first all-female mariachi group to receive a Grammy Award. The talents of two GRAMMY talents, with eight GRAMMY nominations and three Latin GRAMMY nominations between them, bring you the music of Mariachi Divas.

Performing traditional mariachi songs with cumbia, norteño and pop twists, their biggest hit, “Me Estoy Enamorando” gives you a taste of their eclectic style developed over the past 26 years. 

Mariachi Azteca de America

Made up of mostly young musicians from Houston, Texas. Although they are champions in the competition having won the 2009 Houston Livestock & Rodeo Mariachi Invitational. Many of the songs are stylishly arranged for the full traditional mariachi band.

Mariachi Internacional de México

The Mariachi Internacional de México performs Mexican music in the traditional style of mariachi as well as modern Mexican music including influential contemporary corridos. 

Mariachi Nuevo Mujer 2000

Young all female musicians entertaining the audience. These talented musicians are under the musical direction of and vocals by Patricia Fernandez. This group of young women follow in the foot steps of the many female mariachi musicians from past generations, including the original all female mariachi pioneers. Incorporating some of the traditional mariachi styles, as well as classical, jazz, pop, country, salsa and Huasteco rhythms will create a special and inspiring musical evening with the music performed by women in the mariachi style.

Mi Tierra Ballet Folklorico

Mi Tierra Ballet Folklorico will perform regional Mexican heritage pieces from different regions of Mexico at the festival. The heritage pieces are presented in costume and dance form, and paired with the music of the mariachi, create a total cultural experience for the audience as sound and movement come together.

Explore the legendary outdoor Hollywood amphitheater with its iconic bandshell and breathtaking Hollywood Hills backdrop. With room for 17,500 guests, the Bowl offers a wide range of affordable seating options on the floor, in boxes, on terraces and patios and on grassy areas. From reserved center Orchestra seats to shady lawns and balconies with fantastic views of the Bowl. Plan to arrive 90 minutes prior to show time for best parking. Parking Information

Parking at the Hollywood Bowl is very limited, and all parking must be pre-reserved. For guests from all over the greater Los Angeles area, Park & Ride buses are available to bring you to the Bowl. Many of these locations offer free parking with Metro pass. Street parking and parking structures throughout Los Angeles are also available to start your evening out from.
